Dear Friends, Over 38 years ago, on a snowy December day in the boroughs of New York City, I opened the trunk of my car and pulled out the single tray with three styles and headed to my first customer. I took that customer's order, filled the order from the trunk of my car and hand delivered it. This was the service my accounts expected and deserved. The "American Dream" was realized, coupled with long hours and hard work. As the company developed, we grew rapidly. With any business that is traveling the road to success, we hit some bumps along the way and suffered some growing pains. Valuable lessons were learned and adjustments were made.
